UK Shipping

Monday-Friday via Royal Mail.

  • UK orders are sent using 1st class Signed For.
  • We will always send the finished item to the address on the Etsy invoice. So, please make sure it is your correct address.
  • If your purchase is a gift to be sent directly to the recipient, please outline instructions at the time of purchase.
  • All efforts and precautions are taken to ensure a safe and undamaged delivery.

International Shipping

Monday-Friday via Royal Mail.

  • International orders are sent International Standard Air Mail, which is untracked to keep postage costs to a minimum.
  • We will always send the finished item to the address on the Etsy invoice. So, please make sure it is your correct address.
  • If your purchase is a gift, to be sent directly to the recipient, please outline instructions at the time of purchase.
  • All efforts and precautions are taken to ensure a safe and undamaged delivery.

Delays

 

  • Although the majority of deliveries arrive on time, some items may be delayed as a result of customs checks, public holidays, inclement weather or slow postal services.
  • Unfortunately we cannot influence delivery times after dispatching items at the post office and cannot be held responsible for items which arrive late.

Lost Mail

 

  • If any purchase is lost during shipping, we will need time to investigate and claim compensation. After investigation either a refund or replacement will be sent to the customer if there is no customer fault.
  • As per the Royal Mail’s guidelines, an item will only be considered to be ‘lost’ when it has failed to arrive after 28 business days. So, we will not investigate until 28 business days from postage date.

Returns & Exchanges

*We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase or an error has been made please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order so we can work on a solution. Returns, exchanges and refunds are executed on a case-by-case basis. Shipping costs will be incurred by the buyer.

*If you wish to return an item, please contact us before sending it back. In case of a refund or exchange all items must be returned unused and in their original condition and package. The shipment expenses will have to be paid by the buyer. We will start to process your refund or exchange ONLY AFTER we have received the unused item in its original packaging!!!
